I absolutely loved the spaciousness of our suite! The saltwater pool was a fun bonus too! Just wish they had more towel racks in the bathroom.

Oh, the sausages at Coasters were a bite of heaven! Roomy and clean, we were comfy all night. The saltwater pool was a splash of fun!

But that opaque bathroom door? It’s a night light blaster. Also, where were the extra towels for our trio? Housekeeping could’ve helped us out.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our three-night stay offered a comfortable bed and nice breakfast selection. However, the shower door design led to water on towels, and dim lighting made the room a bit challenging. Don't forget to ask for extra towels if you have multiple guests—this helps avoid any inconvenience.

The hotel was quite nice overall, boasting a clean and updated room with comfortable beds. However, the noise from other guests was disruptive at night, which was unfortunate. The breakfast was decent but could use more variety, so not everything met expectations.

the springhill suites by marriott was perfect for our group! the location is fantastic, right across from worlds of fun, making it super convenient for our family vacation. we loved the delicious breakfast, especially the waffle maker with add-ins. also, the swimming pool was a hit with the kids, and the adaptive needs seat was a thoughtful touch.

Convenient location right across from Worlds of Fun made getting to the park easy. The pool provided a fun space, especially with its adaptive needs seat, which I appreciated. Breakfast had a delicious spread, particularly liked the waffles with toppings. My suite felt spacious and clean. However, the bathroom design was bothersome. The opaque glass door let too much light in, waking everyone up during the night. Housekeeping staff didn’t leave enough towels for our group, which needed more than two. The shower controls were awkward, needing adjustments to work comfortably. Parking was a bit tight at times, too. Despite these issues, I felt welcome throughout my stay.

I loved the super comfy Suite with Two Queen Beds, Sofa Bed and Trundle Bed-so spacious! The breakfast was a feast, especially the make-your-own waffles and the oatmeal bar with all the toppings. Plus, being right across from the amusement park was just a cherry on top for our family getaway!
